Items ordered by mail order are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations give consumers a right to cancel an order. If you (the consumer) cancel an order, written notice must be given within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received. (We will accept e-mail as "written notice"). Where a purchase is cancelled, returns must be sent back at the purchasers expense within 30 days after notifying the seller of the intention to cancel the transaction.

We will be unable to refund for goods that have been removed from the original packaging or any item that is not in its original condition; damaged, used or modified. You (the consumer) must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and return them safely, in good order to us at our business address. Upon receipt of any returned goods we will refund your purchase as soon as possible and, at the latest within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation and the safe return of the goods, less the cost of shipping and or any credit card surcharges where applicable.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the purchaser received them. Returned goods received after 30 days or that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will remain the property of the purchaser, as will goods that are not received so we recommend using a return method which generates a "proof of receipt" signature.

If your item is faulty, or has been ordered incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can discuss the best option for issuing you with a replacement or alternative part. In the event that a product or part is ordered erroneously, we will refund the cost of the goods when they are received back by us in a re-saleable condition. This policy does not apply to Custom or special order items where either no refund or only partial refund may be available dependant upon prevailing circumstances.
